h2-netzwerk-ruhr Strengthens its Team<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Dr. rer.pol. Dipl.-Ing. D\u00e9sir\u00e9e Schulte has assumed the role of Network Manager at h2-netzwerk-ruhr as of the beginning of this month.<\/p>\n\n

D\u00e9sir\u00e9e Schulte possesses\nmany years of experience in energy plant construction and consulting for\nindustrial companies, which she will enrichingly contribute to the network’s work\nin the future. One of her previous professional focuses was the\noptimization and quality assurance of processes through CIP (Continuous\nImprovement Process). “This can be very\nhelpful for the work of h2-netzwerk-ruhr,” says Volker Lindner, Chairman of the network. \n<\/p>\n\n

In numerous lectures and\nseminars, D\u00e9sir\u00e9e Schulte has shared her extensive knowledge. In her doctoral thesis,\nshe intensively dealt with CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) processes,\na technology that is also relevant in connection with the production of\n“blue” hydrogen. The dissertation was based on a\nsociocultural question, namely, to what extent communication is crucial as an\nintegrative part of implementing large-scale projects in the energy sector\n. <\/p>\n\n

As an authorized signatory,\nD\u00e9sir\u00e9e Schulte, together with her husband, manages the successful Oberhausen consulting\nand trading company Fasteel, which has made a name for itself in the field of permit management\nas well as sustainability assessment of industrial (large-scale) new energy\nplants and in the steel trading sector. <\/p>\n\n

Through a contract with\nFasteel GmbH, h2-netzwerk-ruhr e.V. was successfully able to close the personnel gap\nthat had arisen after the departure of Dr. Michael Weber and the expiration of the\ncooperation agreement with EE Energy Engineers.<\/p>\n\n

At Fasteel, D\u00e9sir\u00e9e Schulte can rely on\na competent team of experts from various disciplines and\nhas set out to intensify the network’s communication with its members:\n“To this end, I can imagine gradually building\nour own digital collaboration platform for h2-netzwerk-ruhr, where\nmembers can present their projects, concerns, and questions and\nengage in dialogue with each other. Such an interactive solution is future-oriented\nand, especially in the current situation, offers all members a good\nopportunity for exchange.” <\/p>\n\n
