The second Hydrogen Summit in the administrative district of M\u00fcnster took place on October 24, 2022, at the Ruhrfestspielhaus Recklinghausen.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The panel discussion at the beginning, featuring, among others, the\nChairwoman of the Hydrogen Council Katherina Reiche and the NRW Minister for\nEconomic Affairs and Climate Protection Mona Neubauer, addressed the current\nenergy crisis. Mona Neubauer emphasized that, in addition to the necessary crisis\nmanagement, the state government is simultaneously committed to scaling up\nrenewable energy and establishing the necessary infrastructure for\nhydrogen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subsequently, selected projects and\ncompanies from M\u00fcnsterland and the Emscher-Lippe region were presented\u2014\nincluding those by members of h2-netzwerk-ruhr. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, Thyssengas: Carsten\nLeder was pleased to present plans for the transport and\ndistribution of hydrogen in the region at\nthis event, together with Gelsenwasser AG. \nHe is convinced that a cooperation between transport and distribution networks will also\nenable SMEs to switch to hydrogen. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/h2-netzwerk-ruhr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/H2-Gipfel-Festspielhaus-RE-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1747\"\/><figcaption>Minister Mona Neubauer (center) gladly accepted the invitation from District President Andreas Bothe (3rd from left).
