HyNoon with hydrogen and fuel cell
An educational programme for students in grades 9 to 11
In cooperation with the zdi Centre MINT.REgio, h2-netzwerk-ruhr offers events on the topic of hydrogen for students in grades 9 to 11.
The various programme elements are intended to familiarise students with hydrogen and fuel cell technology, in particular in the context of the energy transition and climate change.
Hands-on programme
The programme lasts around four hours and takes place at the h2herten User Centre as well as on the site of the nearby Zeche Ewald. It is very hands-on and includes, among other things, a tabletop experiment in which participants assemble a fuel cell vehicle themselves and can then race it.
It is divided into two blocks, with two options available for the second block, which can be freely chosen depending on the students’ level of knowledge.
