Expert Workshop: Hydrogen for Public Transport & Commercial Vehicles in the Ruhr Metropolis … why now?

Hydrogen moves the world – today in combination with carbon in fossil fuels, in the future as a “green” pure substance obtained from water and renewable energy … and used in fuel cell drives: efficient, emission-free, and with a long range. For a good ten years, h2-netzwerk-ruhr has been pooling the efforts of municipalities, companies, and research institutions to shape structural change with hydrogen and fuel cell technology. To mark its tenth anniversary, h2-netzwerk-ruhr discusses the prospects these technologies offer the Ruhr Metropolis today and tomorrow. A series of high-calibre expert lectures will lay the necessary foundation. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to visit vehicles and the local filling station.
