General Meeting and Parliamentary Breakfast cancelled

The work of the h2-netzwerk-ruhr must also adapt to the new realities of the “Corona era.” The General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2020, and the Parliamentary Breakfast planned for Tuesday, April 28, 2020, must be cancelled.

For the Parliamentary Breakfast, the h2-netzwerk-ruhr had invited members of the NRW State Parliament, the German Bundestag, and the European Parliament who represent constituencies in the Ruhr area to the h2herten user center. The meeting was intended to inform them about the network’s activities and the significant potential of the hydrogen economy. Furthermore, Volker Lindner and Dr. Michael Weber intended to discuss the necessary changes to the regulatory framework for the hydrogen economy with the representatives.

In addition to the activity report for the past year, the cancelled General Meeting was to address the approval of the budget for 2020 and the network’s future activities. Both dates are to be rescheduled as soon as possible.
