Growth continues: h2-netzwerk-ruhr welcomes its 90th member

With Andernach & Bleck GmbH & Co. KG, the Managing Director of h2-netzwerk-ruhr e. V., Dr. Désirée Schulte, was able to welcome the 90th member to the network. To mark the occasion, she presented a certificate to Managing Partner Carsten Bleck.

Steel by tradition

Andernach & Bleck is a steel company that has existed for over 120 years, specializing in the manufacture and supply of bright steel products in all conceivable shapes to industrial customers.

For the hydrogen economy, steel is an indispensable raw material used in numerous components such as pipelines, storage tanks, electrolyzers, and fuel cells. With its expertise in manufacturing even unusual fittings with precision, Andernach & Bleck is a valuable partner for many plant manufacturers.

Delight over new addition

The h2-netzwerk-ruhr is delighted with its latest addition. Dr. Schulte: “We are thus broadening our competence base, which ranges from municipalities and scientific institutions to energy companies, plant engineering firms, and legal and business consultancies. No other network in the hydrogen economy can represent this so far,” the Managing Director enthuses.

The management of Andernach & Bleck looks forward with anticipation to its membership in the largest and oldest H2 network in the Ruhr area. Managing Director Carsten Bleck: “Hydrogen is an indispensable energy carrier in the energy transition. Important partners are represented in the network with whom we would like to exchange ideas.” At the next New Year’s reception, Andernach & Bleck will have the opportunity to introduce itself and its activities to the other members of h2-netzwerk-ruhr in more detail.
