General Assembly at the Schlägel & Eisen Colliery
Member survey showed high satisfaction with the network’s work
With the “Schwarzkaue” (changing room) of the former Schlägel & Eisen colliery in Herten-Langenbochum, h2-netzwerk-ruhr e.V. chose an interesting venue for its annual general assembly. With forty attendees, nearly 60 percent of the members accepted the invitation for May 9, 2022. Volker Lindner, Chairman of h2-netzwerk-ruhr e.V., was pleased with the active participation. In addition to the members, he also welcomed Dr. Albrecht Möllmann, Chairman of the “neighboring network” hycologne.
This general assembly was not about elections. Instead, alongside the usual activity report and financial report, the focus was on the results of a member survey and the future improvement of member communication through the introduction of a digital exchange platform.
Members very satisfied
Volker Lindner, Dr. Désirée Schulte, and Peter Brautmeier interviewed nearly fifty members by telephone or in person. The focus was on satisfaction with the network’s work, the type of information provided, and future topics the network should address. One result of the survey was the high degree of satisfaction with the network’s work (75% approval). The results of the member survey will be presented in more detail in a separate article in the coming days.
With the budget for 2022, the association approved an expenditure volume of nearly 140,000 euros.
Available soon: Digital member platform
The digital platform “just social” is expected to be available to association members from June 2022. It will be presented to members at a dedicated event. Initial reactions from test users on the board were consistently positive: “It is user-friendly and largely self-explanatory.”
